DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS APPEARS THE NEXT MESSAGE:
Error 1609: An error ocurred while applying security setttings. users is not
a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package or a problem
connectivity to a domain controller into network. Check your network
connection andcontroller.

I did have this problem with previous version. Is this related to language
version?

Are you running the installation as an Administrator? I saw this error when I
was doing the installation as a user. If you don't know what your user
account is, go to Control Panel, Users.

Solution please create a user or a group called USERS.
Then install again
