WDS or Google Desktop Search Engine ?

Well, its WDS or Google Desktop Search Engine,
since I don't have experiences with this application,
thought I would as the MVP or guru's are these apps
the best for doing a full context index on all media types,
on you internal and external (usb) or network drives?

Or, is there a better application ?

Personally I use Copernic, Google apps, seem to me, to do too much reporting
to base.
