WDM Device Driver Error

Okay has anyone ever gotten a error report that said...Windows (R) WDM driver for Realtek AC'97 (ALCXWDM.SYS)?? it says to contact the company but htey havent gotten back to me. Was wondering if anyone knew what to do. Oh yeah it shuts off my computer and restarts it. so yeah any info welcome. Thanks

The Realtek AC'97 is an onboard soundcard (chip). You probably installed
drivers from Windows Update, which is a Bad Idea. Get into Safe Mode
(tapping F8 at computer startup will get you to the right menu) and go
to Device Manager, find the sound device drivers and do a Rollback.
