Recently I got swindled into buying 90 Raptor hard drives. I can't get
them to work. But I am wondering if anyone out there knows how to fix
them or is interested in buying them.

Buying defective goods?
Repairing them with a problem description of "can't get them to work"?

Seems to me they have negative value...
