WD BETA@ not scanning at set schedule

Anyone fix the issue with WD not scanning when set to daily at 2 am. i change
time to 1 am; 3 am does not scan??
 
I also have this problem. All the required services are up and the real-time
protection is on.
 
I also seem to notice that on the application log there is an entry when it
was scheduled to scan but did not.

Event ID: 1000
Windows could not sve the registry settings in your user profile on its
first try because another program or service was editing them. Windows tried
again and saved them after 1 attempts.

I don't know if this is related but I have been noticing this error occuring
