Don't worry, you will not have lost any jobs - but you may do if you re-boot.....Woooops

In future just leave it alone, and it will do it all itself when the servers go back up

It may be due to the constant attempts to contact the servers, in your case itsme you had no choice but to re-boot, but for everyone elses benefit, just leave it alone and it will commence working when the servers get back up and running - just keep a careful eye on it though just in case

Thats because now boinc has managed to communicate correctly with the server, the full data required has now been uploaded

I am away now 'Up North' now - all boinc problems will be dealt with on my return Sunday evening....
