Good question SpongeBob--someone asked so I went looking. No idea why.
I'd never do it. I use Paint for simple screenshots on NG's that
encourage them, because it's very quick and easy although I think many of
the screen grabbers are are unweildy when it comes to making composites of
several screen shots where you want a small part of the page and could have
a better label mechanism, so I use WordPad to get that done. There are
ways proposed if you search but they involve programming I don't do--to me
they are system keys like Ctrl+Alt+Delete so their probably isn't a simple
way or a simple reg hack.
