way to disable/remove address bar from IE for windows 2000 pre-mac

How do you go about disabling the address bar so it doesn't appear in IE for
all users on a computer. My work has it set so they can't add or remove any
toolbars but the address bar appears there by default. Is there a registry
key I need to create of a configuration file for IE that I can edit. Thanks
in advance for any ideas.

Frank,
My XP box did not have the key Internet Explorer with the subkey Control
Panel under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\ so I created them
then added the dword NoAddressBar and set it to 1 but that did not work. What
did I overlook?
