WATERMARK WONT REMOVE

I placed a watermark using format->background->watermark so have draft right
accross the page. However when I tried to remove it and used above pathway it
says no watermark there. I have also checked the printer option and that saya
no watermark selected but it can be seen and prints out with a water mark.
 
Watermarks are objects anchored to the header. Therefore, if you
double-click the header to activate it, you can then select and delete the
watermark.
