watermark green bar

In order to make large tables of data more readable, I would like to simulate
the old green bar paper pattern as a watermark. Can anyone point me to a
pre-existing watermark picture I could download or give me some ideas as to
how one could be created?

Instead of trying to use a watermark, why not apply shading to alternate
rows of your table? This is easily done using a TableAutoFormat or table
style such as Table List 1. With table styles you can define any color you
want for the alternate row shading.
