Watermark does not show properly

I am usiing a mailmerge doccument with all the data that I want on the page.
I also want to have a watermark across the page that says:"CONFIDENTIAL" But
only the part of the word CONFIDENTIAL that shows up is the part that is not
covered by the mail merge text
How can I fix this problem

Uncheck the 'semi transparent' button in the Watermark dialog.

Thanks for the reply....BUT....I treid that and it made no difference. Any
other ideas.
