Is it possible to put a water mark into a word document?

Yes! Spill a small amount of water on your kitchen counter, carefully place your
Word document over the water and leave it sit for five minutes.

For other ways to put a water mark into a word document, check with a MS Word
newsgroup.
 
On the Word Help, I entered Watermark, and the help showed
how to add one. Pretty easy, really.

These newsgroups are frequented by users of the Microsoft
desktop database application, Microsoft Access. There are
more appropriate newsgroups that would have more
expertise, like microsoft.public.word.newusers
