water mark printing over my text?

when i look at the document in print preview the text is in front of the
watermark, when i print the document the water mark prinyts over the
text.please help my boss is loosing patience w/me HELP!!!!!!!!!!!M.L. Yon

I suspect you ar using Microsoft Word.

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database

Try this - Make sure you picture toolbar is open. Tjem click on the picture.
select the 2nd icon in the picture toolbar called "Color" and select
"washout". See if this works. Yo
