Watched NNTP messages

Doesn't seem to work well. I have the Tools|Options|General "Check for new"
every 5 minutes and Tools|Accounts|"account"|Include this account and mostly
the group doesn't turn red until I visit that group. Big bummer.

Not only that, but it fails to watch replies to watched messages as well
sometimes.

If you have checked the option in the news account to include it in
Send/Receive, it gets an estimate of the new message count.
