Watch PC Video on TV

My brother has a Dell 8400 MultiMedia Edition computer running Windows XP
MulitiMedia Edition. He wants to watch DVD movies on his TV (about 40' away
in another room) that are played on his PC. Can he use his Linksys Wireless
Router and some kind of "Reciever" that is hooked up to his TV to do this?

Thanks for the help. Mike

No, he needs to purchase a DVD player for the TV.
