Warnings on startup

I get two error dialogs when I start Access 2003 warning me about unsafe
macros or code. How do i eliminate these dialogs?

Under Tools > Macro > Security there is an option for Security Level.
You can set it to Low but you'll have to be careful because its a
security hole.

but you can't avoid it - without a certificate - if you wan't to do anything
at all
