With Outlook Express open, go to Tools > Options > Security and check the
items that you want to verify.

1. The IE open or save: Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder
Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".

2. OE warnings: Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

and navigate to this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{GUID}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Dont Show Dialogs

Right click (in the right pane) any that you want back and click Delete.
