How to remove CSV file-saving warning

In Excel:Mac2011, Version 14.0.0, there's a warning message issued every time I try to save a file in CSV. Yes, Microsoft, I do know that it strips out formatting, etc. You already told me.

I would like to be able to just command-S, save, and not have a warning every time. Is there anything I can do? This new warning was added after Excel 2008.

macro ...
