"Warn" before exiting Outlook 2003

Does anyone know if/how to turn on "warn before exiting Outlook"? Outlook
Express has this (Are you sure you want to Exit?). I am always accidentally
clicking the "x". I have a large inbox at work - it takes a long time
everytime I have to reload. It would be MUCH easier if I could click "No" to
exiting...

Hmm... never knew express had the option to warn before exiting. I guess it
was so annoying I disabled it. :)

You can cause outlook to give you 15 seconds to decide if you really want to
