Wanting to hide....urgent

Ok so I am trying to completly hide a user account on windows xp home
dition. I have hide it from the welcome scrren adn now I want to know
if I can hide it from the User Accounts screen under control panel.
Basically I want to keep my account completly secret and the programs I
run on it.

Any help here would be nice, thanks

Thanks for your help, but 1 question...Do i need to download that
'tweak' manager to get this to work?
