Wanted: Trojan remover

Goodevening,

I visited an webpage that installed some files that causes my pc to
connect with the internet and brings up an unwanted startpage; what
is a good programm that can do a good job in removing this filthy
crapp?? Its very seldem that i have this occurence, but it causes
havoc and headeaces; the first and last time my pc was infected with
an virus was just before 2000; it was the Babylonia.exe virus that
took me 2 weeks to get ridd of; so, if someone has some links for me
it will be very appreciated.
