Want Word to always open in maxmized window (XP, Office 2003)

I was recently upgraded to Windows XP using Office 2003 - now Word always
opens in a small screen and I want it to always open maximized

If you cannot modify your existing shortcut to start Maximized (the default
Office shortcuts don't permit editing of Properties), create a new shortcut,
right-click on it, choose Properties, and then set Run to "Maximized."
