want windows vista

Right now I have the basic windows old blue screen & gray tool bars. I want
it to be the black vista start screen, how can I put that back on my laptop?
 
Right click the Desktop > click Personalize > Themes > click in the Themes
list box > select 'Windows Aero' > click OK
