Want to send "always block" cookies list to others

I have developed a list of "always block" cookies,
primarily from advertising sites. I'd like to send this
list to a friend, without retyping the entire list. Is
there a way I can find where IE stores this list?

In this part of the registry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\P3P\History]

Example:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\P3P\History\samplesite.com
@=dword:00000005

Note:
00000005 = block all cookies, and do not prompt again
00000001 = accept all cookies, and do not prompt again

BTW, most of the ad-ware sites are blocked by SpywareBlaster. You may try that software as well.
