want to restore onetouch delete

I don't know what happened but now I cannot highlight a word and just push
delete button. I know how to CONFIRM Y or N. I feel like I am back in the
first days of learning computers. Can someone help me?
 
Did you try this... click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two
boxes related to WordPerfect help and navigation.
