Want to make internet windows "maximize" when opening it

When I'm oping an Internet or any other windows, it comes up small(restore
small button). I'm trying to figure out how to program it to come up
"maximize", so I don't have to keep clicking "maximize".
Does anybody know? thanks

Hi

Drag the window to the size that you want it, then close that window via
File>Exit.

Download and install "IE New Window Maximizer".
It is freeware.

Why? It's not needed. The window can be maximised without using clutter on
the machine.

It is freeware.
