Mike

I have started using the google taskbar, so don't need
the IE Address Bar. When I remove the check for it
(under 'View', Toolbars), it goes away...until I reboot,
and then it's back again. How can I keep it off? Thanks.

Try this and see if it will work for you:

Hi Mike,

There is an unsupported method to remove the Address bar band from Internet
Explorer. And it's side-effects are unknown. Rather, try the NoAddressBar =1
policy setting.

Using this setting, Address Bar won't load by default. But the user can
enable it.

Thank you, Ramesh :-)
