Want to choose the 'primary timezone' when I create a meeting in O

When creating a meeting in Outlook that will include participants from
multiple timezones I sometimes want to book the meeting based on a timezone
other than my own. This is especially true when we are close to a change
into or out of daylight saving time when different locations change time
sometimes over a week apart.

Example - I am in the UK, I have participants from Singapore and I want to
book a meeting in my calender for say 5pm Singapore time. Currently I need
to do a manual calculation to figure out what UK time to set it to.

use dual time zones in outlook and you'll see the time in both locations.
