Want to change default page

I cannot change the open default page on my explorer keeps
coming up with a site i picked up downloading some
serials online how do i change it it does work from
properties
 
Dear Kahlil,
Go to page you want, then click tools then click internet
options. On general tab click on use current to change
to default for browser.
