They're slow getting the PC out the door and shipped. So long as you know
that prior to ordering it's generally not a problem. My personal opinion is
that it's either over-worked, attention to detail, or a combination of both
of them. They're one of the few online custom PC builders that I have
comfort in recommending without fear of them giving me a bad name. Actually,
now that I think about it, they're the only one. A good site such as
www.pricewatch.com might find you some alternatives for them.

I think the most rapid PC build, out the door with the shipping
tracking/confirmation number sent, has been five days. Knowing that and then
making the choice to use them is a good start in not getting your hopes too
high and then waiting eagerly for 3 or more days longer than you'd
expected... Other than that they're the one's that I generally recommend.

Actually, now that I think about it, they're the only one. A good site
