Elizabeth, you're asking this question in the wrong place. This newsgroup is
for questions about designing databases in Microsoft Access.

Please repost in a more appropriate newsgroup, and when you do, use a bit more
detail. The volunteers (*not* Microsoft employees) here who answer questions
can't see your computer and will have no idea what you mean by "the same as
the one appeared" might refer to.
