Want copy of "fLogviewer"

I'm trying to get a copy of the log file viewer called "fLogviewer".
fLogviewer looks quite nice as it picks out colors from different
parts of the log file's text.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy? (Old details below.)

Alternatively is there an alternative general purpose log file viewer
which does a similar job?
