Want all users, new and old to use default profile

We are trying to set up machines with a custom default
profile. This works fine, but we want all users to be
forced to get this default profile on load, and not to
get a custom profile if they have used to cpu before. How
can I set this up?
 
Enter BIOS,exit page,select,load set-up defaults,then
save changes and exit BIOS.
