I have two offices, each on with a valid internet IP
I want to interconnect then by using W2K RRAS.

How can I do that ? And waht do I have to use, demand dial or VPN

Yes.

Depending on your physical connection choices. If connecting them
through existing "Internet" (or other commercial nets) then use a VPN.

If using direct telephone networks, then use RAS for ISDN or dial.


"Demand dial" just means that you will connect when you need the
connection and disconnect afterwards -- it's not one of the primary
choices here but a way to set up each of those.

If you have an "always on" network, then you will create a static
connections, rather than demand dial, even if it uses "dial" technology.
How can I do that ?

Configure RRAS. You might start by looking at the MMC and just
trying it, then tell us your network WAN architecture and what you
wish to accomplish.
