Wallpaper for the Masses

I have a win2000 active dir domain. I want to pick a
wallpaper for my users. I have defined the wallpaper for
the user in the Active Directory Users and Computers.mmc.
But when I go and log in the wallpaper is not displayed. A
check to the diplay properties show that the wallpaper has
been dowloaded from the server,but does not appear on the
desktop. Does it have to be a certain size?

Are you talking about
Active Desktop Wallpaper
User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Desktop\Active Desktop

This policy requires that Active Desktop be enabled. By default, Active
Desktop is disabled.

I must be doing something wrong!
I mande the change on the server but the wallpaper still
is not applied. At least now I can choose it because
Active Dir desktop is enabled,but that is not what I want.
I want when the user logs in the wallpaper is applies
regardless of their previous settings

Yeah

Wierd. I'm also having the same problem. When you first sign onto a new
machine with the GP, The wallpaper is applied, but a IE window appears?!!
You have to manually shut this down.

It only happens the 1st time??
