This is the only place I have come across that you can get free
printable calendar cards ready to use. You must order them and they
will email you the templates, free of course, so that you can print
them. They were supposed to be working on a way to print them on
business card stock, but I don't know if they were ever successful.

I also came across this little app (545 kb) no install, that with some
modification to the size, will print a perfect calendar to fit in a
wallet.

The site seems to indicate that the latest version is 2.0d, but the
download version is 2.0e and includes the year 2006. After playing
around with it, the best size that will give you a perfect wallet sized
calendar is ( .687 width and .812 height ) The font to use: Small Font,
Size #7, with no border. Only downside is that you can only print one
at a time. But hey it works for me
