walkie talkie and symbol mc-50

So I have this new fancy Symbol MC-50 and it has a little push-to-talk
button on it. I have a .netcf app that is connected to a wireless
network that is NOT connected to the internet. How might I get a
little walkie-talkie action going on between n number of mc-50's? I
also have a windows xp-pro machine running iis with asp.net accepting
webservice calls from all of the ppc's. The switch is the ws-2000 and
is supposed to prioritize voice. I have been doing a little research
on the internet and it seems that most of the applications that I find
are geared toward phone numbers and communicating with the outside
world. I don't need all of those features and I would rather not have
to switch between applications to talk to the others. I just want to
be using my .netcf app, push the button, and have the others hear me on
their mc-50's.

Thank you for any assistance.

Just curious - what scan engine do you have in your MC-50? I've just tried
the 1D standard engine and I wasn't able to make it scan any of the 10+
barcodes, I tried. Wonder why it doesn't ship with the 2D engine as
standard..

Cheers,
Lars

I was able to get the 1D working. I have tried a dozen or so just
around the house. I also downloaded the code39 font and printed out
*12345* with about 5 different sizes and it worked like a charm.

Thanks for the head up - must have been a bad device I used..
