Wakeup system with wireless

I have just added a MS 6000 Laser keyboard to my system. I keep my MS
Explorer 6000 wireless mouse set to not allow wake up due to things being
laid on my desk and touching my mouse and waking up my system. My new
keyboard cannot seem to wake up my system properly. I have moved the receiver
all around and tried every key combination I can think of. If I allow the
mouse to wake up the system, it will work almost instantly but the keyboard
will not. What can I do? Is there any other way to wake up my system?

Thanks for any suggestions,

Sam

Try a quick depression of the power switch.

Thanks! It has worked great so far. I had tried that but I went into my BIOS
and set the power button to go into Standby when pressed and hold for 4
seconds for Off. I should have just left it set to normal and give it a push.

Thanks again,

Sam
