Waiting for Data

Can someone help,

While there are about 40 work stations in here, it only happen to 4 of them.
Every morning, when loging on the network, these few system always pop up a
message: Waiting for Data from Exchange Server..., and it take upto 5 minutes
before the waiting period finish.

When the message appears, exchange server's mem and cpu usuage all are at
very low level, doesn't appear any bottle neck.

And at sametime, the problem only happen to these few machines, and only in
morning first log on.

All power management turned off.

Any one can help out there?

Sounds like a misconfig of the exchange profile in outlook on these few
PC's.
