Wacky Powerpoint Tables

I am sure everyone has faced this. Wacky tables.. I am not sure when MS is
going to fix the table formatting problems. It never works. Especially when
you copy and paste another table into a page with another table, it messes up
the table that is already on the page. Powerpoint 2003. I have not seen 2007
to see if the formatting issues are fixed.

If you can explain the problem more specifically, someone with 2007 may
be able to try it and see if it's fixed.

Or suggest ways of eliminating the problem in 2003.

The things PPT does to tables can certainly qualify as "Wacky tables" but
that's not really enough to go on ;-)

But try this:

Choose Tools, AutoCorrect Options from the menu bar
Choose the "AutoFormat as you type" tab
Remove the check next to "Automatic Layout for Inserted Objects"

See if that helps some.
