On my Windows Professional 2000 (SP4) computer I
frequently received next message in Event Log:
Source: W3Ctrs
ID: 1003
It is not possible to request the data on speed of service
W3SVC (HTTP). The error code contains in the register in
format DWORD 0.
ba 06 00 00

What's this a problem?

Try in Start | Run | winmgmt /clearadap | OK

This is your HTTP counters. The clearadap can fix this for a while. The other way is by unloading all your counters and then reloading them. But I have yet to see this really do much. Clear the adap.
