W32Time config in 2003

I keep getting W32Time (EventID 12) warnings on my newly installed AD
server. I've used the net time command to set-up a known good time server
(time.nist.gov) and I still get the warnings. Can anyone fill-me in on this
or point me to some cookbook info on how to reliably set-up W32Time in 2003?
I've already read the NT docs (W32Time.doc) but a lot of the detail seems to
have changed.
