w32 time issues KB 830092

Bad Beagle

I am getting event ID 29 and 38 on a Windows 2003 server. I have contacted
MS and received the hot fix. When I extract the hot fix I get to files:

1. Windowsserver2003-kb830092-x86.enu.exe
2. windowsserver2003 -kb830092-x86.enu-symbols.exe

I installed the 1st on and it installed like a normal hot fix. I have no
idea what the second file is for. There is no readme and my problem is not
fixed.

Any ideas?
