w32 spybot worm help!!!!!!!!!

i have macfee so for the last couple of days i a message
has been coming up that i have the w32 spybot file thing
(i think its the w32 blaster worm) so i try to clean,
quarantine, and delete it but i cant
and i looked for it on my computer in the search thing,
and it shows a bunch of files
what should i do?
as of right now im getting norton to see if i get the
same results, and am going to search the web

No, it's not the blaster worm. W32.Spybot.Worm is a
detection for a family of worms that spreads using KaZaA
file-sharing and mIRC. I recommend that you update your
virus definitions and run a full virus scan. Quarantine
if possible.
