W32/Sasser Problem

I have cleared my sasser problem on internet via Microsoft patch.It now shows that it is not infected
My problem is that when I start my computer up a black box loads W32/System.exe and my internet box comes up to ask if i want to load it.How can I stop this happening. I believe i to be Sasser B or C starin but I have already followed Sophos thoughts on this subject any ideas folk

To eradicate this problem.Click on start--run--type msconfig--startup-- and check the entry of this file in this tab and uncheck it
For stoping this virus,spyware and hackers to attack on your computer just download and install on your computer.
