OS is W2k SP4. Processor: 2 each 1GH, 1GB RA
I received the following error message starting o2ksr1a.exe

Window Title: "SR-1 Repackage

WordHelpAbout shows: Word 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1

Nothing really to do with the operating system. Ask them in office.setup or
office.misc
