Sometimes the people connected to our Terminal server notices a big lag time
when running a program, sometimes as much as a full min. after they click on
somethign to go to another screen.

Is there a way to see how much resorces the terminal clients are taking up?
Or to find out why the it is running slowly?
I have a dual XEON 3 gig cpus, and 4 gigs ram
Taskmanager says the CPU is at 30% and the pagefile is about 50%

What kind of network connection are these users working on?
How much users do you have simultaneously on that connection?
Since this is not happening all the time, check if slowness co-
incides with huge print jobs.

It happens as long as they are connected. Printing or not. They have a
T-1, we have a T-1. I just checked our usage and we have never gone above
400K.
