Anyone ever encountered the errors below before?
Please advise if you did.

During W2K installation:
Windows-Delayed Write Failed
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file
\Device\harddiskVolume\winnt\system32\dllcache\hwxjpn.dll
due to
hardware or network problem.

When applying SP4, the following error occrred:
Windows-Delayed Write Failed
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file
\Device\harddiskVolume\Winnt\$NtServicePackUninstall$\admin
pak.msi
due to hardware or network problem.

Delay write failures are usually the result of a failing harddrive. I would
recommend that you run chkdsk on the drive if possible, also check cabling
and pins to make sure they are not frayed or bent.
