We have NW6sp3 with w2k sp4 wrkstations. the client is
4.83sp1. Shutdowns restart instead of shutting down.

Any ideal, as I have tried numerous fixes from all sorts
of forums,etc..

Never seen that behavior, what model of client PC are you using ?

WE use HP VL420 SF. This restart instead of shutting down
started when we went with W2ksp4.
