W2K Server Network can't see XP Home machine

Hi all:

I'm trying to troublesoot why my 3 W2K Server machines all see each other
but can't see the one XP Home machine.

Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated.

Disable the firewall (if enabled).

Home can't join a domain if you have domain. Make sure file and print sharing
is enabled on the home pc and you have something shared.

I can't believe all I had to do was disable the firewall! Since that worked
I added the IPs of the W2K servers to the 'Trusted Zone' inside Zone Alarm.
....and still working!

The W2K boxes can now all see (and access) the Win XP Home box.
But, when I try to access the W2K boxes from the Win XP Home box, I am
prompted for a username and password. I assume this is because I need to set
up User Accounts on the W2K ones. (?)

Appreciate the point about domains and XP Home. I am moving in that
direction next.
I'm guessing this would not be a problem with XP Pro?
